Established in 2007, GreenTree Maintenance specializes in general apartment and building maintenance services for multifamily properties throughout Northern and Southern California, including making vacant apartments ready for the next occupant. GreenTree has the ability to quickly respond to maintenance and unit turn needs. We are fully insured with $1MM in General Liability and $5MM of Excess Liability Coverage.
